I guess the theme of Pokemon that are mostly black and white during a Unova themed season makes sense. It wasn't an obvious connection to me at first and doesn't have much to do with the Holidays in my opinion

I mean, it's not a new thing that a Pokemon's shiny debut is locked behind a paywall, but there aren't really any interesting wild pokemon. There isn't even like a Galarian Darumaka or a new Pokemon like Snom. It kind of makes me wonder if there is more info to come or something.

The Wild spawns are not that exciting to be honest.
