Not exactly breaking news, but still great to see some favourite anime getting new seasons: SPY×FAMILY began airing on October 3, My Hero Academia’s final season kicked off on October 4, and the long-awaited third season of One Punch Man starts on October 10 (airing in Japan).

On September 14, 1862, British merchants encountered a Satsuma domain procession near Yokohama. When they failed to yield, samurai attacked, killing Charles Lennox Richardson. The Namamugi Incident led to severe diplomatic tensions and triggered the Anglo-Satsuma War in 1863.
