Exactly! I was a CNA years ago, and we had two RNs, and an LVN on each shift (3/8s), and still barely covered the needs of the residents. We had a roving doctor between two homes IIRC.

Hahahaha! How is it complicated?! A complicated question is what to feed a family of five for dinner on $17 when three don’t like any option. Having nurses in NURSING homes seems like a straight forward answer. 😂😂
