I will forever be grateful that I had a Canadian History teacher who included relevant historical propaganda for each subject we covered. 35 years later and his lessons still come to mind.

Americans had every right to be upset over the loss of the app. People thought they were losing their livelihoods, their connections to friends and family, their window to a world beyond their borders. That is incredibly sad. Anyone who thinks that’s funny lacks basic empathy.

Gotta be honest. I saw someone post the message from Tik Tok praising Trump…it reads like “Dear Leader” propaganda. This whole situation is making my skin crawl.

It’s different-ish. Everyone’s content is still there. I’m even still getting a bit of American content on my FYP. Just no engagement from American creators. I love my Canadian folks, but I had so many lovely Americans that I followed.
