Predators deserve to be exposed and called out. But this video is misleading and irresponsible. Octo admitted it was rushed, the victims were uncensored, and it was hyped up before release. My words were misquoted and context omitted from my section, making the video more disingenuous.

A YouTube video titled "The Hidden Dangers of the Splatoon Community," featuring Splatoon YouTubers such as "Viantastic," "Caitlin Koi," and "Eppy" in the thumbnail.

The uploader of the video, Octoling Gamer, responded to a comment about Caitlin Koi and stated that more information would've been added if it weren't for vacation, hence the video was rushed.

Images taken from Octo's Instagram stories complaining about how Eppy has deleted a "scam post" and a "call out" post from social media. The response states that Eppy's Twitter was wiped back in November 2024, and moved to Bluesky, due to AI concerns six months prior to him being called out by Octo.
