#SfN23 was incredibly good to me. I met so many wonderful people and organizations interested in my work, it feels surreal.

Also, presenting 3 posters felt like a marathon so I’m very proud of myself!

Today is the soft launch of something very special I’ve been working on with one of my mentors Dr. Atabey Torres and Dr. Brenda Flores (bePResent PR).

We made a Self-Compassion Card Deck in Spanish directly from Puerto Rico! It features both affirmations and exercises. ✨🩷

#APPIC applications completed and submitted!! Seems like the universe is confirming I’m on the right track. Excited for what’s to come.

Yesterday I was participating in the '9th Behavioral Health Student Research Symposium of Southern Puerto Rico' at Ponce Health Sciences University presenting two of my research projects.
