I mentioned I was now under my marriage weight. So I've got a pic of me at my wedding, a pic of me at my heaviest, and the photo from me yesterday. I was at 305 this morning, and was 320 at my wedding. I was 488 at my largest. And I'm so close to my #RoadTo299

It’s been a while since I’ve seen a “2” in that position. Not since immediately after my surgery, sometime last July.

I got up early this morning. And it would have been so easy to go and get a breakfast taco. But I was good, and am eating my Protein yogurt for breakfast. Because I’ve lost 150 lbs so far, and still have 100+ to go. #wls #wlscommunity #duodenalswitch #duodenalswitchcommunity #RoadTo325
