is consumism any better than communism?
just finished my first session of expressive writing protocol (see James Pennebaker's research or Andrew Huberman's latest podcast)
it made me shout and shiver, but already feels like starting progress towards better health!

controversial positions can be right or wrong, hard to say, does not matter.
to me they are a challenge to broaden my horizon and grow my view of the world.
