Nope, still against the law, traffic in BOTH directions must stop for a school bus with flashing red lights and the stop sign displayed. Car drivers just don't want to stop.

I heard water running after the shaking stopped, very thankful that it was just our outdoor plant watering system.

I got honked at by drivers who wanted me to pass a stopped school bus, with red lights flashing, about a month ago in my neighborhood. Ugh.
