I would never consent to appointments being recorded and interpreted by AI. Don't assume they'll tell you. Ask your medical providers and opt out. Or if they try to sell you on a shiny new "tool" so they can focus more on you, say no. Doesn't matter how hard they focus if the notes are wrong.

DAX Copilot is already being used widely in doctors offices. And those Uncanny Valley appointment notes WILL misinform your doctors when making medical decisions. Take a wild guess how I know.

Like. Imagine spending 2 weeks asking midjourney for something you could've just found on iStock and customized to fit your purposes. Imagine being the person who has to pay for that designer. Genuinely hilarious all around.

Also, this designer goes to school for this. To learn how to make ai art.

The reason ai is never taking over the art world is because it can never show its work. Or make edits. Source: a designer at my old workplace spent 2 weeks trying to use ai to generate a graphic and in the end my coworker had to remake it from scratch so they could actually use it.
