Cultures have a ton to do with how people view health care, education, etc. We have a very independent bootstrap pulling culture in America. So many don't want to help others with health care, education,etc.

Where did I use the word "deport"? They have detained plenty of people they shouldn't have. You don't have to actually be deported to be unsafe is you are brown and ICE is around.
