It means my granddaughter and my grandson!s roommates who graduated in May. All working part time while no one returns their calls or acknowledges their job applications. Meanwhile they do a lot of “networking” and depression sets in. Their anger builds and they read about AI taking over the world.

Translation: Too many people are getting care at an affordable rate for the patient. The Insurance companies want higher profits so they can pay their CEO even more outrageously. They WANT higher premiums NOW. The hell w the human cost.

And you could phase it in by including 50-65 first, then 35-65, 20-35, & 0-20 over certain time periods so insurance companies could phase out or find a new business model & their employees could move on to manage Medicare or retrain.

What a jackass. There is nothing he won’t make about himself. I some how doubt his son was acting out over his Dad’s political positions. . .

They are all millionaires and the “cost” will mean nothing to them. MTG is worth 25$million so imagine the rest. . .even Boebart is worth several million and she was in bankruptcy when she ran for office 8 years ago.

Grandma here: my husband and I pay over 1200 a month for Original Medicare + Part F + Drug coverage and are delighted w our insurance but not every retiree can afford this. We are lucky. Medicare works well we should slowly slot everyone on to it and get rid of most insurance companies.
December 11, 2025 at 6:02 AM
Get rid of the insurance companies (middlemen racking in endless cash) and the whole system would get a lot cheaper.
December 11, 2025 at 5:56 AM
Reality check: My husband (82)and I (79)are on Medicare w Part F. That cost us 1200 a month. That 1000 won’t go far enough. * our “drug plans” another 1600+ a year.
