So 280,000 NS Power customers had their data stolen & the only help they're being offered is a credit monitoring website that currently is overloaded/isn't working?

Interesting, I just learned that today is Tricia Ralph's last day on the job before her term ends Friday. She made this statement while going out the door to protect her successor and the public.
