Can we sic the digital ID paranoiacs on this? "The new legislation will require Albertans to renew their health card when they renew their driver’s licence or ID". Sounds like a digital ID to me!

Maybe it's cities that should be looking to separate from provinces if they can't get a better deal. It makes no logical sense that PEI has all the powers of a province while Calgary is under the thumb of a malicious provincial government. 2/2

I like quality, but I'm also cheap. We really had hoped to pay off our house before doing the kitchen, but the cabinets are falling apart so I just want something that will last and doesn't break the bank.

If we were too chicken to require universal MMR vaccination, Canada should at least have required vaccination to obtain a passport (citizens) or enter the country (visitors). Most of the cases are travel-related (mostly Canadians travelling abroad, so people can stow the anti-immigrant nonsense).

Ugh, this sucks. We have amazing scholars at all levels who have trouble getting on the tenure track. At the very least these positions should be postdocs, not assistant profs.
