That type of government is either a dictatorship or a Monarchy and the last time I looked we were a Democratic Republic, and we had no King, Or "Dear Leader".

The fact that so many people made comments on posts about how this isn't right, or exclaiming how the courts are destroying our government need to go back to High school and re -learn basic American government. America does not have one all powerful leader.

Congress makes the Laws, the Executive Branch signs off and enforces the laws, and the Judicial branch adjudicates the laws. The President is not alone at the top that is what Congress is there for, and the court system to make sure that no one branch exceeds it's power.

Ummm Hello, the constitution set up 3 SEPARATE BUT CO EQUAL Branches of government, to keep the branches from gaining too much power. That's how it's supposed to work, the President overreaches and the Courts tell him to get back in line.

And watch all the revenue from the state dry up. Federal government will be in a real mess then. You can't run a country like this. It's childish and petty.
