When in college, I lived with a bunch of guys. Some, incl. me, were huge TNG fans. Some were not.

When this first aired, one of the guys, not normally a TNG fan, happened to be watching with us, and declared within the first five minutes, "the dog did it!"

We were so pissed off when he was right.
