The other thing this gets at is that Amorim costs more money than points. Even if points = money + time

He's only their best academy talent because he's ostracized the other best academy talent!

Haha I thought I had a smart point with "look, these poor signings play in similar positions" but you're right, a better point is "look, they all play for the same team"

My biggest problem with this is that by buying both Mbeumo and Cunha at the same time it caps the output from 2 of their attacking spots for the next 3 or 4 years. United won't be able to shift them given their wages & age. In order to get a CL quality attack the striker needs to be a slam dunk

Based on what I've seen of AI image gen the only thing I know for sure is that some of it will look *really*

None of my own but some guy on twitter did a thread comparing football players to books. That's usual where I go

After a concerning and unfamiliar season low down the table it's nice to have the comforting familiarity of Double Pivot scepticism of our transfer policy

So what you're saying is red dragon bad, gold dragon good?
June 5, 2025 at 7:43 PM
Since when have United been able to make anything a good use of resources?
June 3, 2025 at 6:45 PM
Yeah it's pretty incredible. But whether it's from a sale or injury or retirement the drop off from "lynchpin player who plays every single minute" is going to be insane when it happens
