An exodus of the educated. Perhaps that is the government’s intention? My own child, a Canadian, opted to attend grad school in the UK over the US and I’m sure she is not alone. International students bring a great deal of funding to academic institutions.

I heard that the re-introduction of wolves was being considered in the UK to naturally curb the deer population. Doesn’t seem that their example has been acknowledged with this proposal. 🧐
