Gettin' ready to move to a more custom-made portfolio site somepoint this year. I think it'll look a lot better once I get the retro effects together lol. I'll let y'all know when it's done

Currently working on a small text-adventure that should be out later this week on #itchio. It's a week-long project for a class, so nothing too big, but it's been fun to brush up on my narrative skills!

Recently got to do two back-to-back Game Jams this weekend (one online, one in person), and boy am I tired now. Love how they couldn't be more different in style lol. I've got both up on Itch, and hopefully the songs on Souncloud somepoint soon. #gamejam #godot #unity #itch

Was so happy I was able to get my narrative walk-sim for DevsThatJam #15 done on time... only to find out that there was a game-breaking bug 80% into the story :/

Now that the jam has ended, I was able to go into the code and fix the tiny error that caused it all and update the game on itch!

I know I said I'd take a break from Game Jams, but I couldn't resist trying a speedy one! I just submitted It Always Changes to Devs That Jam's 15th 36 Hour Jam!

Had a lot of fun and spent numerous hours straight writing the story in #Godot, making sounds in #Beepbox, and making the art in #Piskel!

I think I still need some practice for the grounds and grasses, but I did get everything done that I wanted to with the pixel art pack! And I did also add it to itch: highgardengames.itch.io/pixel-assets...

I forget how fun it is drawing in Piskel.

Time to take a break from Game Jams... and make a bunch of pixel art instead lol.

So glad I've been able to spend this summer adding to one of my semester projects! I've been able to try out Godot's config/save file system, game cosmetics (characters and card designs), and have sections prepared for future stuff like achievements! Looking forward to continuing work on it.
