I do wonder how this one passed the comic code authority

Before I got into superman comics, I always thought he was exclusive to the tv show. I was surprised when I learned he was an established character in the comics.

I wouldn’t blame other people for learning about right now, he is seldom used in media outside comics,he is even rarely used in comics

I do remember watching an episode of the 2000s TMNT animated show based on this comic,however I didn’t know the artist was based on Kirby.
