I had never considered getting a tattoo, but after my wife got some beautiful fine line tattoos, inspiration came to me about what and where I would get one. It turned out better than I could have imagined.

Was delighted and very much surprised to come 3rd in the #Discgolf tournament yesterday. Here I am sharing the podium with those who beat me, next to the pond that I failed to clear.

Played a game of Raiders of the North Sea last night in memory of a friend who is no longer with us. It was the first game we ever played together. Put their preferred player colour pieces aside; they would probably have won. Again.

Personal best at Torvean #Discgolf this morning. Couple of birdies, not including this most frustrating of shots. Let down by my inability to throw any significant distance for the longer holes.

Had a fun game of spirit island the other day. My dreams and nightmares swept the invaders into the sand helping us to gain a fear victory. Great game.

I live in a small city that is often considered remote. But we have what I believe to be the best #discgolf course in scotland; Torvean. The guys are not content to stop there, though, and are adding 2 new 9 basket courses. Here is the 1st basket Very thankful for their hard work and dedication.

My cat's favourite place to sleep is on our legs. I am now overheating as I haven't yet taken the thermal leggings off after disc golf this morning.
Also; I wish I hadn't crossed my legs before he lay on them!

National Youth Choir of Scotland (Inverness) concert last night.
So proud of these kids, they tackled some pretty tricky music, and had fun doing it.

Playing Jumanji the board game with my 9 year-old. I thought it was going to be a horrible chore of tedious dice rolling, but it turns out to be great fun as you have to answer riddles ans physically act out scenes and challenges.

So my 8 year old decided today's game would be Food Chain Magnate. It ended predictably, with tears, snot, and recrimination.
