The benefit to physical media: you'll have a license to possess and consume the intellectual property for as long as you keep the physical media, that a royalty was paid on when it was first put out into the public marketplace. And have the physical recording available w/ documentation (liner notes)

I don't deal in streaming. It might allow access to 20-odd millions of tracks, but the 20-odd thousands of tracks in my physical collection is about as much as I have time to enjoy as it is. And I [hope I] don't suffer from FOMO
