Spain previously required reflective triangles to be set out after an accident. Unfortunately, hundreds are killed or injured every year doing so. The new law requires these omni-directional lights that you set on your car roof by reaching through the window. They also alert authorities using GPS.

No one remembers the second part of Trump's "deal" tactics. He will claim that Europe is not fulfilling its part of the agreement and use that to justify breaking the deal whenever he wants. He did this as a real estate developer, and he's doing it now with Canada and Mexico.
