Random, ill-organized woyote from the wilds of Canada. Sometime artist, into pixels. Audere stultus.
That black wire and the braid at left are not original parts. Someone's been in here before.

They seemed very intent on grounding the RF box for some reason.

No spiders. That's a plus. Lots of dust bunnies though.

I'm cleaning up a Colecovision I picked up this weekend. It's filthy and reeks of vintage 1980s cigarettes.

Don't know if it works yet. Too gross to turn on. XD

And yes... That is an Intellivision underneath. That's the next project.

The frosting on this Tim Horton's Holiday Cookie is suspiciously salty...

The Car (1977) is a much better movie than its reputation suggests, featuring a villainous self-driving car. The Car itself is a bestial, sadistic monster. There's no real origin or motive for it... It just runs on hate.

And finally (for now):

25- Bin. Chibi Toronto Compost bin, with tenant.
26- Hospital. The Princess Margaret, very shrink down.
27- Bridge. An attempt at the Prince Edward Viaduct.
And lastly, my overall progress sheet!

Next up:

21- Building. Very simplified version of OCAD, aka The Pencil Box.
22- Water. It's a stream tile.
23- Fence. It's a fence?
24- Bench. Sit a while and listen.

It's been a busy week or two.

I have continued with #Septembit in the background. Alas, I've missed the deadline with two left to go.

Here's a catch-up thread:
17- Animal. Is Coyote!
18- Streetlight. Not a UFO.
19- Fountain. Based on Toronto's Berczy park Dog Fountain!
20- Plant. Is Plant.

Mothman is just a Kamen Rider that got lost in time and space. Like, this guy should be fighting alongside Zi-o or Decade.

Ahah! Finally got my inspiration for #Septembit 16: Statue!

Progress so far! #Septembit
September 18, 2025 at 4:44 PM
I am really having trouble maintaining the daily pace of #Septembit this year. Oh well.

Here are 14, 15, 17, and 18: Restaurant, Cash Machine, Animal, and Street Light. 16 (Statue) is still pending as I try to figure out what to draw.

You may not like it, but this is what peak scientific performance looks like.

Progress chart!

I'm still doing my #Septembit. I'm just a wee bit behind.

So, here are the four most recent I've done!

Path, Food Cart, Construction, Fire Hydrant!

#septembit Continues. Day 9 is Shop. I made a tribute to a much-missed Toronto institution.

I'm still chasing #septembit, although this weekend was busy. Here's the last three prompts: Car, Rail Track, and Tree.

#Septembit rolls on. Nothing too interesting today, just a Factory and a Sign. Proportions are hecking weird as I battle BlueSky's compression.

And STILL they do not animate... the hell.

Test two...

After reviewing previous years' methods for making my pixels look less artifacted, here's a repost of my first three #septembit prompts!

More to come soon!
September 4, 2025 at 10:42 PM
It's the most pixelly time of the year! Septembit!

Getting a slightly late start, but here we go anyhow. First three prompts: Character, Traffic Cone, Road.

So my boyfriend walks in, looks at this thumbnail, and ask, "Why does that look like buff Sonic?"

I cannot unsee it.

Based on my experience I'd guess Quinpool Road, which was cursed in the 1990s and is moreso now that it feeds into an Elder Sign.
