Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays all!

I wanted a treat this weekend and made tonkatsu ramen for me and my roommates.

I've worked with people who enjoy figuring out new creative ways to insult you and I always thought I had thick skin. Yesterday a very nice lady with a southern accent looked at my work and said "bless your soul".... I haven't recovered yet.

I am so stuffed from leftovers and sitting in a hot tub. I have reached dumpling levels of comfort.
