We started clearing out the wildlife pond last week and found the stone head at the bottom of it. It will have a new resting place next to the fountain and the plastic duck seems to have taken a fancy to it.

It is not all about gardening - there are plenty of maintenance jobs to do like maintaining the walls and the noticeboards.

There were only four of us today who were working in the Walled Garden. Not that surprising as it was so cold. Even our plastic duck has succumbed to the weather and seems to have hit an iceberg in the fountain.
