Similar boat here. No idea. My best guess is they’re bookmarking me for when finances allow, or they’re joining to see if there is anything for free members and not bothering to unsubscribe when they’re isn’t.

I’m freaking obsessive about tracking my weight and stats cause that’s the only way I know I’m making progress. You look in the mirror, and there’s no real change from day to day.

Sometimes it’s nice to go look at an old picture of myself just so I can see the gains.

Nothing wrong with sprint and walk. Not everything has to be a marathon. Good on u for getting the work done!
