ppl just assume trans ppl are happier when they transition. i did transition and i didn't get to experience the joy other trans ppl talked abt. i think if i didn't transition i would be even more resenting than i am now. but i hate seeing ppl put forth the idea that if you do ur gonna be better off

i think that unfortunately we're not in a position anymore to make decisions from this paradigm; i agree with this in theory but if you're in an unsafe area/state, you need to be taking extra precautions. ppl understand this if you're in an unsafe home, now the logic needs to be extended beyond that
