You're very welcome! :)

That's totally understandable! Another downside to digital is that you do miss out on that physical aspect of writing in an actual journal (especially if it's really nice looking!). So it's definitely good to weigh the pros with the cons & go with what works best for you :)

It also incentivizes daily entries through a streak system, & I think that's what helps me the most (I'm currently on a 44 day streak) with the option to freeze the streak once a week if you're just not feeling it.

I hope this helps! 😊

I've always been pretty awful about journaling, but something that helps me is use the "Waffle Journal" app, personally. Having it digital means that I can write whenever, it has daily prompts, & if I get an idea for an entry but don't have much time I can save the idea in a draft & finish later.

Here's my finished projects, as promised! The first picture has my most recent stitches, as well as the Skeletor one I'm currently working on for Synth :D

a whole bunch of expensive supplies or a huge workspace. Then when you're finished, it makes for a great gift or decoration.

Just make sure you've got plenty of light when stitching though so it's not as hard on the eyes, lol

(Sorry for the textwall! 🤣 I'll post some of my stitch pics tomorrow!)

need to try it. There's plenty of free patterns online & that helps cost-wise, too, especially just starting out:

Needle minders are really nice, but can wait if need be.

I also like that it's portable & doesn't require...

I *definitely* recommend cross stitching! It's relaxing, fairly easy to learn, & pretty inexpensive to pick up.

For ~$15-$20 you can get aida fabric, a hoop, thread snips, a pack of tapestry needles, & some skeins of embroidery thread/floss from Michaels or Walmart & you'd have everything you...

Oooo! I *love* the patterns from Night Spirit Studios (and have some of them myself!). Between them and The Witchy Stitcher, I've spent so much on gothy cross stitch patterns it's unreal 🤣

If dark the night, be the light when all of the lights go out"

You don't know what fate awaits, but know you're not alone"
