The Trump Admin. is trying to pass off its Latin American policies as a revival of the 1820's Monroe Doctrine. They more closely resemble Teddy Roosevelt's later "Roosevelt Corollary" to that document, in which the U.S. acted as an aggressive "police power" over Latin America & the Caribbean.

When l left the my role as Facebook’s election integrity head for ads, over my disagreement w/ Zuck’s “no fact checking politicians” (aka “don’t poke the bear”) policy, I was ostracized by many. I stand by what I said, wrote & exposed. This is who he is, was & will always be. “Company over country.”
