I worry that in schools they’re getting too much “active reading” training too early. Actively pulling information from a passage is a very useful skill, but is certainly not how you should engage with Gandalf inviting dwarves to your peaceful home for a raucous party.

“AI” isn’t a tool or technology or even a cluster of technologies with a misleading name. It’s the infrastructure at the foundation of a form of capitalism dependent on data brokering. We should be teaching our students about this and not teaching them about “responsible” use.

Bessent le está pidiendo a Milei no sólo que mantenga el equilibrio fiscal sino que acumule dólares y que negocie gobernabilidad, dos demandas del FMI que Milei no supo lograr. Lo primero implica más inflación, lo segundo más gasto. La frazada es demasiado corta para que el programa funcione.
