Reading "The Ward" by John Lorinc and many other contributors/editors. The section by Michael Redhill, "Where the Rich Went for Vice" provides fascinating glimpses of lost Toronto, with help from Morley Callaghan's writing.

@jeffmarek.bsky.social speaking of snippets from podcasts, can you refresh my memory on the Harold Ballard anecdote, when you were working at Park Lawn cemetery? Whenever I pass his grave while walking there I always think of that story.
