Basically it seems analogous to a massive cull of Deans for X, Y, and Z in our sector…not obviously a bad idea 😜

I don’t know if he thinks that is a good idea as well, but my sense from discussions with him is that there is too much duplication and hierarchy and general complexity across the board to get anything done!
