i don’t really see anything extraordinary, for years the man has talked and behaved like an absolute retard. constantly rambling, repeating the same words, having a child’s vocabulary, never finishing a sentence, and making literally everything about himself with zero empathy.

I’d go eat out but the Spanish don’t serve lunch until like 2pm and even then it takes at least an hour because and takeaway is an unknown concept.

yeah that's literally the only viable excuse, but even if he'd bought that car the same week, he probably should have a picture of the car on his phone, or carry the car papers, or take a picture of the car papers like a normal person
