Ran on the coastal trail and listened to episode #1,000 of my favorite music podcast, Chicago's Sound Opinions and I think I've heard every one of them. Peak moments over the years included musical performances from Radiohead, Allen Toussaint and Wire.

Dry, cool breezes but so far it's a rainy season with very little rain. Beautiful though, as the winters so often are out here on the coast. Today I have some nice hummingbirds along with the coastal views. Hope to see you Friday! (Cowell Purisima Trail, HMB, CA)
