Politische Entscheidungen stehen nicht außerhalb der Rechtsordnung. Andernfalls gäbe es nicht immer wieder Klagen zB vor dem BVerfG wegen irgendwelcher politischer Aktivitäten, Gesetzesvorhaben u.a.
