The soft overcomes the hard; the gentle overcomes the rigid. Everyone knows this is true, but few can put it into practice. Therefore the Master remains serene in the midst of sorrow.

If you want to know the truth about anything and everything, you can find it within you. Renounce all of your preconceptions about everything.  Choose what you would like to know about something or even someone.   With that intention, feel the effects of that choice from within you. Allow your viewpoint to dissolve and merge with the subject. You can use as many iterations of this process as required until your perceptions, feelings and thoughts stabilize.
