Now I'm not advocating shooting LE performing duties. Heck no! That would be wrong. But if I see someone getting dragged off against their will by someone in just plain clothes and a mask? I'm assuming it's a kidnapping - like any reasonable person would - and defending that person being grabbed.

The same would probably apply in most stand your ground states. Since most ICE not only operate without proper identification showing, but grab people, force them into vehicles, and refuse to ever identify themselves, standing your ground to defend someone would be a viable defense as well. HUH!
