Oh boy, something else for my aging 3080 to choke on.. lol. The water was one of my sticking points about the game to begin with, though, so I'll definitely give it a try.

My "happy" memories of UE3 were on PC. For whatever reason, it always ran incredibly smooth there, even on contemporary hardware. (Or, as you point out, maybe that's just how I remember it). But that's not an experience I've had with UE4 & 5, even on today's hardware.
