Like, imagine it's not a reference sheet you're drawing but that you're there with a camera asking them to pose in a neutral way (in my case, with a raised arm) for a reference photo, with no specific instructions. Boom! It is now no longer a chore but instead a fun character exercise! Yay!

I think it helps a lot if you make them stand the way *they'd* stand. Would they have a looser pose? Would they be less than enthused about the whole ordeal? Would they be kind of nervous about it? Would they stand up straight? At the very least it makes it a lot more fun imagining what they'd do!

Like, if you think "I wouldn't fall for phishing" but you fell for this when it's so easy to scroll down to see people in the comments refuting it, or didn't think "why would discord need a secret bannable boogieman bot to scrape for AI, couldn't they just scrape?" then I'm sorry, but you would.

You're ENTIRELY missing my point. My point is that seeing that post about the bot and not even taking a second to go "hey, is this actually credible" before panic spam posting it to 50 servers like I've seen MANY doing is a red flag that you are gullible and likely susceptible to phishing

was careful to google every nickname & name I came up with for my characters to ensure they didn't mean something unfortunate in a different language. Last min changed the main character's nickname, didn't look it up. Years later, euro comes up to me and tells me it means stupid in his language 😫
