Meatball subs tonight. Homemade meatballs simmered in a quick red sauce on garlic bread hoagie rolls with melted tellegio cheese on top. Out of this fucking world good sandwiches.

Hadn't had a good biscuit in a bit so I baked up a batch of the ATK ultimate fluffy biscuits. Grated frozen butter, laminated in the dough, with the edges cut off so the folds don't restrict the rise, buttered, salted and baked golden brown. Served butter and honey, and a peach berry smoothie.

Grilled north African spiced pork tenderloin, roasted eggplant and pepper with walnuts on aleppo yogurt, and something resembling garlic naan using some homemade pizza dough. Not gonna lie as weekday meals go I'm really proud of this.

Used a nice chunk of the 5lb zucchini I had to bake up some zucchini bread. Damn tasty.
