Oh yes they do sadly lol. I’m trying to watch my calories. I don’t know what the lady who makes the mixes uses. Probably something similar to monk fruit. They are good. Not too sweet. Yesss! Hot drinks are so perfect right now. Especially holiday drinks.

It was a beef barley soup but my Mom used vegan meat instead. It was amazing. That’s good you’ll be going back! Something to look forward to for you!
