Based on the Orange Bowl patch, SAL tattoo, and #98 my best guess is Mike Motley. But I can't find another photo to be 100%. Someone at Topps went in their archives, found a Colorado player with a similar name, and thought "good enough."

Are these bigger programs willing to turn their brand completely over to Deion and become "Prime University" like Colorado did? I think it's harder to find that fit.

I think the money Colorado would need to buyout the contract is similar to these numbers. I see it as a two year deal; the real drop off is after 2026.
