I'm not sure what's going on, but I got a notification on my phone of someone, I think the rabbit meme poster, saying, "the trauma is yours, not mine" - but I can't get to that because they have me blocked.

So, all (or several) things considered, I think suggesting unresolved childhood trauma to the boredom meme poster was justified. Gabor Mate said he sees trauma everywhere like Matrix code, and I realized I do too.

What's happening currently is coming to extremes, and also it has continuity with the way the US empire has been oppressing people at home and abroad for many decades, under politicians of both parties, serving factions of the oligarchs, with overall unity of purpose.

That was a wonderful experience, in the midst of a great music fest weekend. I was doing well connecting with a variety of players, including the jazz-versed piano player.
Realizing I needed to step away and let them fly without my rock guitar ass, giving them a smile & thumbs up, was joyous.

I try to be eclectic, drawing from diverse sources, to approach being holistic, seeing all parts as related to each other and the Whole.

Dismissing my cogent observation about Obama not being a good guy, with that "I'm bored" emoji, to me suggested unresolved trauma. Many automatic triggered reactions on these spaces suggest that, and I find it appropriate to call that out.

I did not offer therapy, I offered amateur tips about the effects of trauma and the possibilities for healing.
I'm not a therapist, but integrating my own trauma allows me to see it being expressed by others, and it's legit to express my observations.
