I fear that the story will not be translatable to a modern audience as was "of its time" but a rework could be fun if dealt with as seriously as "Wicked" and "TLOTR" original 3. My 2 pence for lead actors include Tom Hiddleston, Dan Stevens, and Ncuti Gatwa.
