Real, for the most part I prefer active early access games and getting to play test new developing stuff. But, it’s just as risky (if it’s not free) as buying a AAA game as the devs can just abandon it. There’s a real horrible trend of that going on rn in AAA and EA.

Omg my libraries only at 200 something but I have that problem, definitely need to keep my eyes out for new games coming up in 2025

Some games get abandoned like the hot garbage they are, especially in scammy Early Access titles- but some can be like a diamond in the rough and improve themselves with labors of love. I just don’t like the trend of releasing buggy games, fixing them half-butted and then releasing dlc.
