I enjoy scrolling through social media apps to see what’s going on. So far I’ve seen promotions for naturopathic coach, nutrition coach, functional medicine, coach, and a bunch of other VERY misleading online courses that fool the general public into thinking someone might have actual training.

Estrogen and your brain’s 🧠 happy chemicals—serotonin, dopamine, and glutamate—are basically besties. When estrogen starts to dip 📉 during perimenopause or menopause, it can throw the whole thing off balance. The result? Anything from brain fog 😶‍🌫️ to full-blown panic attacks😬.

Nosebleeds are a somewhat less common symptom of menopause. You know what works? Using a little of your Estradiol cream (for your down there 👇🏼 bits) and put it on your nose 🧴👃🏼.

Stop dismissing the term “𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗠𝗲𝗻𝗼𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗹”.

➡️ 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗼𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲: The 4–10 years before menopause, with symptoms like irregular periods and hot flashes.
➡️ 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝗼𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲: The one-year milestone without a period.
➡️ 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗼𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲: Life after menopause. Symptoms can linger a little while longer for some.

A little dab will do ya!

That’s my dose of testosterone cream. A tiny .2ML - (two little lines on that dispenser)

My bones, my muscles, my brain….and my libido thank me 😜

It’s time for the medical community to take a hard look at how it addresses women’s health. Dismissing concerns because they don’t fit neatly into existing data does a disservice to patients and undermines progress. Listening to women isn’t just compassionate—it’s necessary.
Perimenopause is real.

Lived experiences are a form of data, just as important as clinical trials.

Women know their bodies better than anyone else, and their voices deserve to be heard and respected.

Premarin’s estrogenic potency is much higher than estradiol:
👉🏼 15% estradiol (too low)
👎🏼 50% estrone
👎🏼 30% equilin (horse estrogens, thrombogenic)
👎🏼👎🏼 10 other estrogens not found in humans.
Studies using “estrogen” often refer to Premarin or CEE, while those using E2 specify estradiol.

If you’ve tried over-the-counter DHEA and it didn’t work, that’s because the active ingredient was likely so minimal that it was ineffective. The quality is important, which is why compounded is best.

Cortisol and DHEA compete

DHEA lowers Cortisol

Ladies don’t take a statin without DHEA! #dhea

All the supplements in the world won’t put back the hormones our body stopped producing. Prolonging HRT (in the form of safe bioidentical hormone replacement) isn’t doing us any favours ladies. #hormonehacker

Some days you need a little more “calm” than others.

And by calm…I mean progesterone.

When our progesterone levels drop, our GABA levels dip too - it leaves you with symptoms of anxiety, sadness, or even depression.

Not quite anxiety, but far from calm. Time for a TROCHE
