Huge reminder that having alters isn't normal for someone to have and is therefore a disorder. Believing you are multiple due to psychosis or delusion doesn't make you a system. Manipulating yourself into believing you're a system doesn't make you a system, it makes you delusional. Get help.

DID and other dissociative disorders that cause systems are too complex to self diagnose. Medical recognition is understandable and should be respected, but don't rely on a self diagnosis as it's likely wrong.
A LOT of disorders have symptoms that overlap. Don't risk it!
