Even just saying this out loud makes me want to delete this entire thread in a couple of hours, just to protect my peace.

Honestly sometimes I want to discuss the reason why you will not see fanart from me anymore, but I am worried even just discussing this will bring negativity to my page, so I prefer to just ignore/avoid the topic/subject all together and just never discuss fandom or anything fandom related ever.

Every time I enjoy a piece of media and get the tiniest urge to draw fanart, I see the fandom sending threats to people over the honest to god most ridiculous and smallest things, like if a character likes apples or oranges type of crap. I don't want to receive that type of hatred in my life.

I am sure there are a lot of other people that gave up on fandom entirely as well because ppl are just miserable all the time now. And I know a lot of the private server talk happens because of the massive bullying problem in fandoms. Who want's to deal with that?
