It's been a full 6 weeks. I am down to 263.9lbs from 276lbs and I've noticed a laundry list of QOL improvements for me.

Motivation can be fleeting, find reasons to keep going, even when the motivation just isn't there.
I want to be able to play and keep up with my children. I want to be around for them as long as possible. Doing this for them is what drives me.
